Job Descriptions:

• Research, design, and implement innovative software solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meeting requirements with high quality.
• Explore new technologies and continuously update knowledge and technical skills.
• Create design documents and materials to support maintenance and code reusability.
• Mentor and supervise Product Developers/Engineers.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in software development, with at least 2+ years in a senior architectural role, strong background in software architecture.
• Proficiency in English or Japanese
• Communication: Excellent communication with stakeholders (SM, BA, and Developers).
• Architecture/ System Design: Analyze requirements and develop technical designs that follow best practices.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess trending technologies, frameworks, and tools to determine their applicability to the organization.
• Code Review & Standards: Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Scalability & Performance: Ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
• Expertise in Technologies: Proficiency in NodeJS, Python, FE (ReactJS or VueJS).
• Design Patterns: Patterns such as Microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Data Architecture: ETL, Data Processing, Data Governance, Data warehouse (BigQuery)
• DB: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, K8s, IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation and maintain architectural artifacts.
