Job Description:

• Participate in software development projects for leading Japanese enterprises.
• Involved in requirements analysis and system design.
• Research and apply the latest technologies to real-world solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with PHP/Laravel and familiarity with recent PHP versions.
• Proficient in applying SOLID principles and the MVC architectural pattern.
• Experience implementing at least one software design pattern.
• At least 1 year of experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases, with solid database design thinking.

Nice-to-haves:

• At least 1 year of experience with one frontend framework such as VueJS or ReactJS.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure…) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and adaptability to new tasks and environments.
• Japanese language proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Ability to quickly understand project flows and read others' code effectively.
