Job Description:

• Join software development projects for Japanese clients using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Involved in requirements analysis and system design.
• Research and apply emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Work in Vietnam with opportunities for short-term assignments in Japan.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with VueJS or ReactJS.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with MVC, ORM, RESTful 
• Proficient in using popular libraries such as RSpec, Devise, ActiveAdmin, and CanCanCan.
• Experience working with template engines such as Haml or Slim.
• Strong grasp of OOP principles and common algorithms.
• Skilled in HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• At least 1 year of experience with SQL/NoSQL Databases.

Nice-to-have:

• Japanese language proficiency is a strong plus.
• Basic knowledge of server-side infrastructure.
• Ability to quickly understand project workflows and read others’ code.
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
