Technical Knowledge:

Solid understanding of deep learning (Transformers, neural nets) and modern LLM architectures.
Proficient in Python; experienced with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Familiar with Git for version control.

LLM/NLP Skills:

Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs/NLP models.
Familiar with data preprocessing for text/speech.
Comfortable with Hugging Face Transformers, Sentence-Transformers, PEFT (LoRA, Adapters), FlashAttention.

Prompting & Retrieval

Good grasp of prompt engineering, instruction tuning, CoT, and RLHF.
Experience with RAG pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or Haystack.
Able to work with vector DBs like Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or Qdrant.

AI Agent Frameworks

Practical experience or strong understanding of agent-based LLM systems (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
Knowledge of tool-calling, memory, and reasoning flow is a plus.

MLOps & Deployment

Experience deploying models with Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIs.
Familiar with CI/CD, model tracking (MLflow, W&B), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Evidently).
