2022 is almost over. This year has been a year of many memorable and important events for Kiaisoft. Let's look back on the event together!

• 2021 December

Founded in 2019, after two years of covid-19, Kiai will reach 50 employees by the end of 2021, after just four members in the early days. We have set a target of 100 members by the end of 2022.

• 2022 April

Kiaisoft Japan officially established in April 2022!

Kiaisoft Japan is located on the KS floor, Resona Kudan Building 5F, 1-5-6 Kudanminami, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. It is one of the largest business districts in Japan where large companies and financial institutions gather, and is a special area that plays a central role in the Japanese economy.

Kiaisoft Japan will bring many opportunities to cooperate with business partners in the land of the rising sun. On top of that, it's a great opportunity for Kiai talent to challenge themselves and experience a professional working environment in Japan.

• 2022 May

In addition to opening a branch in Japan, the Vietnamese side also moved to a new office to accommodate the increase in employees. Located on the 6th floor of C+ Office Building, Thanh Thai Street, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi City. It is one of the center of IT industry and commercial district in Hanoi.

With a total area of over 500 square meters, more than 6 seats, 6 meeting rooms, a pantry and an open space for relaxing, cohesion and improving work efficiency.

• 2022 May: Team building・Together we grow!

Kiai's annual team building event was held in Tam Dao, a famous tourist destination in northern Vietnam. The journey with the slogan “Together we grow!” is a testament to the Kiai members growing together day by day and becoming stronger together. It's also time to refresh. Especially on the night of the day, we gave MVP awards to individuals and groups who made important contributions in the first half of 2022.

• 2022 July7月：Organize a talk show for university students from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi National University, titled "IT Students and Opportunities in the Age of Industry 4.0"

To ensure that final-year students have the right direction about the IT market, grasp the challenges, opportunities and recruitment trends in the labor market and be well prepared for their future careers, Kiaisoft Opportunities in the era of Industry 4.0” was held. The talk show speaker is Vu Dinh Thang, CTO of Kiaisoft.

With 2 years of working experience in Japan, 3 years of outsourcing work experience for Japanese companies in Vietnam, and experience in the field of web, application and cloud server (AWS) development, Mr. Thang is interesting and helpful. shared information. More than 20 students participated in the talk show in person at the office, and the Facebook fan page also attracted more than 200 followers.

• 2022 August：Establish 3 new development headquarters

As the number of employees increases, a professional management organization by Kiai will also be required. In the wake of this, Kiaisoft's three development headquarters were established. This event also demonstrates the Board's absolute belief in a new generation of entrepreneurial spirit and responsibility. The General Manager of the Development Division not only has a high level of specialized knowledge, but also has a wealth of management experience. The general manager, who has gained experience in a large company, aims to grow the development division together with Kiai.

• 2022 September：Hold an in-house talk show on the theme of "work experience with Japanese people"

Kiai regularly hosts in-house talk shows. For outsourcing and software/DX consulting companies for Japanese customers, understanding the customer's culture and characteristics is always one of the key factors in working smoothly and effectively with the customer. Therefore, an in-house talk show was held to share the experience of working with Japanese people with all employees. Kiai's CEO, CTO, R&D Director, IT Communicator Leader, and Tester Leader participated as speakers.

• 2022/10/2: Organize Vietnam Women's Day

Kiai's male engineer organized a very special and memorable Vietnam Women's Day. From office decorations, food preparation, games, gifts and more to funny videos and congratulations to the ladies, everything showed the care and professionalism of the men.

• 2022/10/31: Achieve Kiai100 objectives!

At the end of October 2022, thanks to the efforts of all employees, Kiai finally achieved the biggest goal of Kiai100 - 2022. The number of employees in the HR department has also been increased to 5 to meet the larger recruitment target for 2023. Not only the number of employees, but also the quality of recruits (engineers, testers,...) is very high, and the percentage of engineers graduated from top technical universities in Vietnam accounts for more than 30%. This is one premise for Kiai to set bigger goals for 2023. We are also very proud to have earned the trust of our customers and applicants who graduated from top universities in Vietnam.

• 2022 November: Company trip to Da Nang “Fire up”

Da Nang - Vietnam's most livable coastal city is Kiaisoft's biggest employee travel destination for 2022. In a period of 2 nights and 3 days, Kiai-er together visited famous attractions in Da Nang and participated in team building activities on a beautiful beach. This is also an opportunity for everyone to mingle together at a gala dinner after achieving their Kiai100 goals. At the gala dinner, the Board of Directors summarized the achievements to date, honored the achievements of outstanding employees, and set a target of 200 employees for the following year.

• 2022/11/27: "BrSE - Whose Opportunity" Live Talk Show

Following the success of the talk show in July, Kiaisoft continued with the "brSE - Whose Opportunity" live talk show for aspiring IT industry aspirants. The event garnered him over 350 online followers and over 200 comments during his over two-hour livestream. The talk show was a huge success due to the audience's interest and enthusiastic response.

The speakers at the event are Kiaisoft's BrSE players, those who aim to become BrSEs, and partners from Japan.

• 2022/12/05: Customer visit

2022 will be the year with the most visitors from Japan, with an average of 1 visitor per month from start-up companies to long-established companies and listed companies. Visit our office to discuss projects, expand cooperation, then our customer care team will join you to enjoy pho, bun cha and other delicious Hanoian cuisine. We will also go to a typical coffee shop in Hanoi. 2022 has been a busier and more efficient year for customer service teams. • 2022/12/23: Hosting Christmas Event

The Christmas event was held with Happy Friday. Happy Friday is Kiaisoft's weekly event, held every Friday at 5pm, a time to introduce new members, talk about the upcoming week's work, and meet with others.

All members actively participated as the event was carefully prepared, attractive with interesting and useful quizzes, and nice gifts for especially deserving people.

• 2023/01/14: Year end party（New Year Party）

As the last event in a series of events in 2022, the Year end Party is expected to be an explosive event that concludes 2022 and opens a new era for Kiaisoft in 2023.

Each of the above events marks an important step in Kiaisoft's development. In 2023, entering a new year full of new opportunities and challenges, Kiaisoft hopes to reach its 200 employee target and become one of the leading companies in the field of offshore development and consulting in Vietnam.
